Website that allows object display in AR

Hi all, I want a website that:
a. Have a menu showing a list of products. When end user click on the product, it can display the 3D models in AR.
b. Can let end user to scan a QR code on realife paper/wall and display the 3D models in AR
c. User should be able to upload 3dmodel to the website and display in AR.
