Website speed increase and add a page

1- You will add 2 links with icons on our mainpage connection with google my business 360 store view. And adding phone numbers to the some landing pages.

2- We need website speed work. Need someone to work on our website and increase speed on the google tools (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ and https://www.thinkwithgoogle.com/feature/testmysite/) over 85 score. For current results check the images.
