Website redesign -- 2

I'm looking for a seasoned web designer who can help me revamp my current site to boost its conversion rates. The two main problems I've identified are the confusing navigation and the lack of prominent call-to-action buttons.

Key project requirements:
- Improve user interface and navigation to make it more intuitive and easy to use.
- Enhance the visibility and effectiveness of call-to-action buttons.
- Implement a design that encourages visitors to purchase products and get in touch for consultations.

Ideal Skills:
