Website/platform to exchange services

I am looking for a developer to create a website or platform that allows users to exchange professional digital services. The platform will only be open to registered users. The preferred payment method will be credit/debit card.

Features:
- user profiles with possibility to add portfolio.
- "board" section to display latest posts and possibility to filter results.
- real-time messaging/chat
- Users pay monthly subscription fees

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with building websites or platforms for service exchange
- Knowledge of payment gateway integration
- Familiarity with user registration and authentication
- Strong attention to security and privacy
