I need to optimize my website and make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

Thoughts:
First page: Description of the company does.
Have a banner on top to post pictures.
Under text have a link to the custom cake creator.
Quiz:
Make it more seamless/integrated into the website without having to scroll in an embedded window but scroll on the page itself.
Possibly create a custom product app that shows the colors/design/size changing on the product after choosing it.
Ultimate goal is to make it as easy and clear as possible.
