Website/online store template created

I currently use Go Daddy for my Website, but I don't have to.
I need a store template that I can use and reuse. I need to be able to run multiple stores at a time.
I currently use ordermygear.com but would like to be able to use my own template and not all their fees.
I need to be able to add products - add options such as names added to the back and different logo options.
I need for it to be able to add a fundraising amount that adds the base costs plus the fundraising without showing that. I need for a printout of sizes and colors that need to be ordered after the store closes. I need shipping and pick-up options. Packing slip printouts for the orders when done. I sell mostly apparel with some side things like decals. I am a screen printer and embroider.
