Website manager needed for biomedical research website

We are a non profit organization that is in the process of recruiting about 300 clinical practitioners for a pilot study randomized controlled trial. We need a web manager to manage and improve our website and also oversee advertising for the purpose of recruiting more practitioners to the study. We are ultimately intend to recruit 1400 practitioners in the full study. Eventually we would like participating practitioners to be able to access a study website or App in order to enter clinical research findings and thereby streamline the process, however, this is not necessary for the pilot study.
