Website makeover

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me give my website a makeover by focusing on functionality and features. I specifically have designs and features in mind that I would like to see incorporated into the website, so it is important for the Freelancer to be able to understand those designs and features. This project has a strict deadline attached to it, so it is important that the Freelancer has the capacity and experience in quickly completing projects. The freelancer should have knowledge of working on Azure Cognitive services.
