Website layout and design

I am creating a website and alreday have programmers to build the website. I need a good layout , color and design of the website. I need a designer for my website. The Apllication of our lights are for Hotels, Retail Stores, Office Space, Manufacturing Factories, Mining, Garden, and Horticulture. The website should look very professional and very up to date, informative and easy to use.
