Website frontend design with svelte

My friends and I made website using Svelte and Rust. We require a better design. The website has four pages but we need new design only for two of them. The first one is our homepage. We will send you the text that should be on it because it is in bulgarian. You should put our logo wherever you see fit and a photo of us.
The other page is consisted of our main service which is a few different colored rooms, which is our indication of the rooms condition.
Everything in our website is fully functional, we just need a better design. We have another programmer for the backend, who will have finished his work in a few days, but we'd like to know if you can help us and if so, would the fee be different if we already have some work done.
