Website UI front-end development

I am in need of a front-end developer to create the UI for my website. The website type is a portfolio. I am open to suggestions when it comes to the color scheme for the UI. However, I do have a specific list of features that I would like to include in the UI. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in front-end development and be able to work with provided colors and feature requirements.
