Website for trading

I am looking to develop a website specifically designed for trading stocks and investments. I need the website to have a live trading platform, news and updates section, and user profile and portfolio management, so users can track their investments. I expect to have more than 500 users on the website at any given time, and for that reason this project is of utmost importance. The website should also deliver alerts if any trading strategies are sent to users, so everyone can benefit from the opportunity. I look forward to discussing this project with potential freelancers.
