Website for small network consulting company

Looking someone to develop a website for a small telecoms consulting company - bilingual English and French (French by default). Contact page to send a contact email. Colours strictly to adhere to the graphic charter of the company (to be provided by ourselves). Pretty simple for pages, Services, About, Legal Mentions, Contact... but should be fairly dynamic with scroll-down to view more information (similar to a lot of modern websites). Graphic charter must use the colours in the attached file, but NOT #FE5FF5. Company Logo also attached.
