Website for our Event Planning Start-Up

Hi,
We are a British Startup operating in Party Planning and Management business.
As we are launching a brand new website, we are looking for a brilliant Freelancer who is willing to cooperate with us in the creation of the Layout and Content.
We have attached a sketch of our expectations for the landing page.
The Menu should contain the following items:
Home (see attached screenshot)
About us (Short text about our company)
Bookings (Multiple pictures, labeled: Parties, Wedding, Conferences, customers can select the party they want us to organize for them)
Past Events (slideshow with pictures of our past events)
Testimonials (Slideshow with arrows on the side to access the next review)
Contact Us (A box where people fill in their name, Email and their request, and a „Send Message“ Button)
Footer (Information)
All menu items should be on one page and be easily accessed by scrolling down.
When the customer clicks on Bookings, a new menu should pop out with the following options as a drop down selection:
Location (Partify Birmingham, Partify Isle of Man, Partify London, Partify Loughborough, Custom Location: Text Box appearing)
Number of people (Filter range, we attached another screenshot of our expectations here)
Food (Catered, Non-Catered)
Drinks (Bar with Bar Keepers, Self Service Bar, None)
Music (Options: DJ, Live Music, speakers, None)
Budget (Filter range, we attached another screenshot of our exceptions here)
Dates and time (Calendar to pick a day)
Extra Equipment (Photo Booth, Poker Table, None)
A „Send“ Button at the end
The Design should be simplistic and with a simple white background
We are looking for good value for money and expect the project to be finished within 7 days after signing the contract.
We only accept fixed price proposals (No $/Hour).
