Website for an online clothing and jewelry store

I am looking to have an e-commerce website designed and developed for an online clothing/jewelry store. The website should have an online ordering and payment system, as well as a customer review and ratings system, to ensure the best possible customer experience. Additionally, the website should feature a minimalistic and clean design aesthetic, to give it a fresh and modern look.
I would also like sub headings to be available to add collection of products within them on the front page, similar looking to a site called Takelot.com .
