Website for a mental illness helpline

I am looking to have a website designed and developed for a mental illness helpline. The primary goal of the project is to both provide information on mental illnesses and offer a helpline for those in need. I require the website to have a feature enabling online appointment booking to help people get support when they need it. The target audience for the website would be young adults.
