Website for ecommerce - instant food

I'm looking to build an ecommerce website that sells instant food products worldwide that is on Shopify.

I need assistance with
1)Custom themes and design-
I have on hand below references which shall assist to be a basis of the design work:
-references of what the entire site should look like
-clear examples of waht certain portions of site should look like
-desired colour schemes
-Hand drawn sketch
-Collection of high res photos for background and photographs that will be a representation, icons etc. of the product (but not necessarily photo of the actual product
itself).
2) Turning the design into a fully functioning site that runs grreat on mobile and desktop
3) An additional page which involves incorporation of Google maps indicating a list of restaurants/pins (which I will provide)
