I want to create new website for consulting services by different social areas like psychology, military, legal, security and etc. The website should be available in three languages English, Azerbaijan and Russian. The website mainly divided into three parts – a) main web pages with adv. b) list of categories, consultants with qr-codes and ID for SMS (f.e. security area with different consultants and relevant qr-codes for contact.) and c) personal cabinet of consultants.
