Website for an agency based on CMS

We need a more or less typical website for an agency based on CMS, so we will be able to add most landing pages, and blog posts without coding.
The nice-looking template would be good for us, no necessity for some extra custom design.
The website should be fast; Efficiency 90-100 for desktop and mobile, and should allow doing SEO optimization.

A Provider will need to recommend CMS, set up a website with a template, and implement a home page, landing page, and a couple of blog posts. Not one-pager.
Should have an option to share pages from blog to social media.
CMS should support A/B testing from google or others (please include one test in setup)

The home page should have a basic large image and sections :
- About ;
- Services;
- Action button to request a call (CTA);
- Testimonials, and reviews;
- Couple of sections with links to landing pages or blog pages;
- Section with a white paper link which goes to a form to leave an email to get a white paper;
- Should also have a drop-down menu in the header;
- Contact page with addresses and contact form;
- Should have a form to subscribe to the email list;
- Case studies section of several items going to a full list;
- Contact form should email requests or ideally post them directly to Zoho CRM;
- Subscribe form for a whitepaper and mail list should send it to an email subscription software (Zoho Campaign);

Please provide examples of sites that you did and that satisfy the requirements.
Also please give a quote for the job and also an hourly rate for further updates.
