Website for Virtual Event ceremony launching

1. Main page require 3 login and passwd for our boss to sign in.
this is basiclly for live event / virtual event..

three of our boss will go to the website using their smart phone from 3 different location and each of them need to log in,
each will come with notification "Access Granted" that can be seen by other visitor..

2. once all the 3 of them sign in the page will automaticly flash out launching video for our event..if only 2 cant.. have to be there..

3. preferred fast website c/w flash. you may suggest

Note - It will have login page, Access Granted / Failed login notification, another page that flash out the launching gimmick video.
I dont need SEO as this is private event and template design just simple, photo and background photo will be provided as per sketch design attached.

I need serious web developer can commit to this in short timeframe as the event just around the corner.
we are switching the physical event into virtual due to pandemic restriction.

The work very straight forward, only msg me if u committed and ever done similar project like this before.
