Website for SCM certifications Guide

Looking for service minded and long-term relationship seeking web developer.
Awalhosen.com is a SCM certifications guide website guided by Awal Hosen, a SCM Pro. This is targeted to be exceptionally SEO & UX friendly and responsive site over Desktop, Laptop and Mobile. There will be 12 main Page for the site, five of them will be very similar to each other. The site will contain Blogs on Exam prep with categories, tags, and comments. Exam Blogs will have Comments under the blog while Insights and Industry Article (Blog) will not have comments under it.
I have outlined how each page will be designed. As I am not professional on Web design, I tried my best design in Word it for your reference. There are lot of technical details which I am not specialized, I will need your advice. Website Visitors have chance to subscribe to my website just entering their Email address. Also, there is Free resources which visitor can download once they enter their information. Remember that each page has a couple of reference site whom I took some ideas. I will provide it once we agree to work on.
Things to be Agreed:
1. Website must be completed within 1 month. No delay, no lame excuse (I had bad Experience)
2. Payment will be released Once you finish work.
3. All rights of designed website will be Owner of the Website (awalhosen.com)
4. Website must be clean and cluttered.
5. No communication delay if any update meetings are scheduled.
6. An after service for 3 months is expected.
7. Developer is responsible to upload the website on to Hosting server (Hostinger.com). Note that earlier a domain was hosted under hosting plan and a website is running live under the hosting plan. You would need to clean previous Hosting files and replace the subjected website.
8. Developer must run site Quality Audit and audit the technical SEO implementation for errors by inhouse site Quality Auditor. Upon, completion, another Quality check will be conducted
9. Developer is expected to handover all files to Awal Hosen. Also need to provide Plugin’s login details or license key and Theme’s license key.
10. Developer will be given SNS account details which cannot be shared except development team.
11. Developer cannot suddenly say, I cannot develop it!
