Website for Interactive Kids Education Program

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a custom-built website for an interactive kids' education program. The target audience for this program is between 3-15 years old, and some of the main focus will be on educational videos, quizzes, games, and activities. The website should have a user-friendly and interactive interface that is easy for children to navigate. There will need to be a way to track the progress of each child with a reward system. The website will also need to have separate account access for parents and teachers. The plan for every page of the site is already laid out in detail. We have no preference for the platform or technology used for the website as long as it is custom-built. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in web development, particularly in creating interactive and engaging websites for children.
