Website for a Data Recovery company using the Avada theme.

I'm looking for a developer to help build a website for a data recovery company. The website needs to be an information website - it needs to have a blog to add more information for the SEO, I don't want e-commerce store, or anything else. Unlike many websites, I do not require an online booking system. However, I do need content created for the website itself. The website should include necessary information about the data recovery company, such as the services they offer, their contact information, and testimonials from customers.
