Website for Cloud and IT Consulting using Nuxt/Vue.JS

I am looking for a website to make my cloud and IT consulting business more visible online. My main objective is to generate leads and conversions, so I am looking for a website that will help me attract more customers and showcase my services. I would like my website to include a blog/news section to keep visitors informed about industry news and updates to my services. Additionally, I have specific design guidelines in mind, so I'm looking for someone with experience in design and development to help me create the perfect website.

I already have a rough design in PDF and psd format that needs to be followed. In addition, the website needs to be build using Vue.js, Nuxt and TailwindCSS so I am able to maintain it myself.
