Website for Academy (learning)

Hi there,

I'm looking to develop a project for elearning/online academy. I'm already in the process of developing a website. The website has multiple modules which is being developed by another team.

For this particular module (elearning/online academy) I am looking to have the following:
- User can create account via registration form and signup/login.
- Make a payment (payment gateway)
- After making payment they will be able to access courses (in form of videos, pdf, text, images)
- At the end of each course, there will be an exam with multiple choice questions.
- When a user passes the course, only then he can access the next course.
- After course completion, user will be issued with a certificate.

Backend management will include:
- Editing/updating/adding/deleting course and its content
- Managing exam Questions (adding/removing/editing questions)
- User data management. Exporting user details etc.

So I need this elearning module. Once it's complete, we will integrate this module on to the website. For any assistance required to integrate on the website, my developers will be happy to assist.
