Website facelift (update the current look and feel of an existing web app)

We are looking for a designer that can re-design our web app to make it more modern looking.
Front end developer with knowledge in design and ideas how to update the look and also implement the changes are also welcome(for development there will be additional compensation)
Without moving the elements, just using the company colors(will be provided) and changing the way the current elements such as tables, buttons, forms, charts look like. We like the Metronic styling : https://keenthemes.com/metronic/
