Website development for 3 websites

Hello there,
I'm looking to hire a freelancer who can work part-time in developing 3 websites for me on WordPress. The requirement is for you to be a full-stack web developer with enough experience to add your own custom codes and templates
Website 1:
- I have a law firm for which I'll need to finalize in 3 languages a website that has around 6 pages. Please share with me example templates to choose from I shall provide logo and details to be added
- For this website will also need to be linked to wordpress so any requests, page addition or changes can easily be made by the end user as this is a one time project to build and handover
- Will need someone experienced in SEO and google analytics as well to help grow that website on google and show it easily on search
- Multilingual website in 3 languages, english, french and arabic
Website 2:
- I'm starting a website that will allow me to add my contract templates and people will be willing to buy on the spot. It will be like a marketplace for commercial contracts where people can buy multiple contracts and if they want edit or lawyer's touch we can add additional fees and so on...
- Need this website also in English, French, and Arabic
- Customers will be able to save their favorite contract in their account so a login function is required
Website 3:
- I'll need to create a similar infinite scroll website similar to https://thisiswhyimbroke.com/
- This website also will need to be built on wordpress
- There will be login function for people to save their favorite products
- The website needs to be mainly in Arabic, but English can also be an option
- We should have the flexibility to add pages and create blogs and shift around with the menu tabs and so on
Currently I'm using Elementor on wordpress however instrad of buying a pro version of elementor I was thinking to hire a partime freelancer that will help support this work
Please let me know if you're the right person for this. Also newbies are welcome to bid as this will help them grow their skills and add to their portfolio
There should be proven experience in designing and developing engaging websites with modern UX principles, and should have the ability to audit existing sites and create recommendations for improvements.
Each website will need to perform well on both desktop and mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones, and should exceed industry standards for security, accessibility, and performance.
I am open to discussing any requirements or challenges that arise during the process as well as any requested revisions that are needed along the way.
