I am seeking skilled and experienced full-stack developer to create an online marketplace that will connect artists with potential buyers. The purpose of this website is to provide a platform for artists to showcase their artwork and sell their pieces directly to interested individuals.
Responsibilities:
• As we are expecting high ticket items to be purchased through this website, look and feel of the website becomes extremely crucial. We are looking for design which is awe-inspiring, which can signal a user that they can trust us to execute high ticket orders.
• Ensure the website is responsive and compatible with mobile as well as desktop.
• Build a robust search and filtering functionality to help buyers discover artwork based on various criteria.
• Implement secure user authentication and authorization system.
• Seller side support to upload high-quality images of their artwork/services and provide detailed descriptions, view orders and payments
• Implement a shopping cart and payment gateway integration to facilitate secure transactions.
• Implement feature for wish listing, multiple wish lists possible.
• Develop a messaging system to enable communication between artists and potential buyers.
• Implement a review and rating system to encourage feedback and build trust among users.
• A whatsapp support plugin where users can send us their concern/complaints via whatsapp.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail, user experience(UX) and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Can design and develop API driven modular architecture.
• Knowledge of horizontal scalable distributed databases.
• Prior experience in developing marketplace or e-commerce websites would be a plus.
