Website development and API integration using checkfront

I built a website on Checkfront - I need some elements adding / changing on the pages which will involve coding ( images adding, font colours etc)
In addition I need to connect my inventory (properties / villas for rent) via API in Checkfront to my suppliers (Connect thier property pages with descriptions, photos, availability calenders etc) or XML feed whatever is possible and better
