I am seeking an experienced web developer or a team of developers to create and manage an online platform website. This project is akin to a business model similar to HomeExchange, but in a completely different sector. The website must have comparable technical capabilities, emphasizing user-friendly design and robust functionality.
Key Requirements:
- Website Development: Develop a website with functionalities 90% similar to www.homeexchange.com. While my business is not related to property rentals, the technical capabilities should be very similar to that website. There will be a few minor differences we can get into at a later stage.
- Ongoing Management: I require ongoing website management post-development to ensure smooth operation.
- Programming Language: Use popular and widely recognized programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for development.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Expertise in building and managing complex websites.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills (English/Spanish).
