Website development - USA ONLY

Hi, I'm looking to hire someone experienced to build a website for me. It is for my business. I import vehicles from Japan and re sell them here in America. I had a website mocked up but it's not functional and will need to be redone. I already own the domain, but I do want a new host because this one is slow. I also need payments to be integrated into the website so that customers can make a deposit online to reserve a vehicle, or purchase it and have it shipped to them. I'm looking for someone experienced to set this all up for me, and I can explain the specifics in detail once I find someone. My biggest requirements are someone being experienced and the biggest one of all is that they speak English as a first language. There is no flexibility on that at all. I am hard of hearing, and I just have too hard of a time understanding anyone with an accent.
