Website development

I am looking for a website developer to create a professional trade website for my business.

Website Type: a resume (construction surveying and layout trade-specific website designed to represent and sell, but not limited to this above), there are also adjacent areas of competence that can be advertised but not overlap the main idea.

Design: at a designer's discretion; although I don't have a specific design in mind, I would like to avoid some particular features inherent to other contemporary websites (I will tell you).

Additional Features:
- I would like to have some additional features such as a contact form, order form, portfolio, and blog functionality, e-commerce functionality is not needed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Brand development
- WordPress website development
- Experience in creating specific construction trades' websites, blogs, and portfolios
- Ability to design a "call-to-action" website
