Website developer and manager for e commerce website

I need an experienced web developer and manager to help me launch my e-commerce website. I’ve narrowed my platform preferences down to Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento - like myntra, flipkart. I don’t have a specific design or theme in mind, so I'm open to suggestions from the developer. In terms of management, I’m expecting part-time attention to keep the site updated and cost-effective. I'm looking for someone who is skilled in setting up e-commerce websites, as well as keeping them running on a part-time basis.
