Website designer for Zoho Site/Commerce

Kueis Education is looking to develop a website. They have Zoho One as you are aware and the current website is built on Zoho Commerce, using a barebone template. They wish to proceed to upgrade it either continue to use Zoho Commerce or open to other web builder options such as WordPress. What matters is how it looks and the pricing.
