Website design for code analysis

My project is for a website design that features a code analysis tool. The website will be used to sell a product or service, so it must have a user registration and login system as well as a payment gateway integration.

I have a specific aesthetic in mind for the website that I want created. I am looking for a modern design, with a focus on simplicity and usability. I am open to suggestions and custom designs based on my ideas. Ultimately, I am aiming for something that is visually appealing yet highly practical. Ideally something on the darker side for the color palette but I'm open.

The website would have a
- Login page
- Project page which contains the following (layout is up to you, I'm thinking tabs but I'm open)
- Upload section with a bunch of settings for what to review, I'd also like an upload animation since the code analysis might take some time
- Code analyzer (would show some pieces of code an advice to make it right)
- Code analysis dashboard (dashboard for project statistic eg(file count / number of lines of code))
