Website design and build on existing website

I have a website and would like to host a project inside the website (It would be a tab/button on the website, but perhaps directly accessible from its own address under the website). I am running a programme that would have daily postings of certain material, and there are four weekly video calls related to the programme.
I would like an email group advertising the programme to a targeted as necessary, possible further advertising or setup on other media to be discussed.
