Website design - Volusion to Shopify

We are switching e-commerce platforms, from Volusion to Shopify. I'm not happy with our header navigation and footer navigation. I'm looking for someone to make our shopify header and footer as close as possible to what we have with Volusion. I want this to be mobile friendly as well. These should just be simple design changes, I can add the links and set everything else up after. The first images are the old navigation areas. The second set of images are whats currently on the new shopify site.
