Im looking for a woocommerce expert to do some custom shipping rules for our website We sell 4 main types of products in our store Dry Goods Live Fish Frozen Goods Live Plants I have created a shipping class for each of these items with its own shipping price Currently, our store charges the following $7 Flat rate for drygoods $25 Flat rate for Live Fish $9 Flat Rate for live Plants $30 Flat rate for frozen We have 8 states and territories in Australia (TAS, VIC, SA, NT, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA) and certain items are banned from certain states WA- Banned Live Plants, Shrimp TAS- Banned Live Plants, Fish (permits are required) NT - Live Fish Banned (Permits Required) NSW - No Restrictions QLD - No Restrictions ACT - No restrictions SA - No Restrictions VIC - No Restrictions What i would like my site to do When a customer buys DRYGOODS ONLY then a $7 flat rate is charged When a customer buys LIVE FISH ONLY $25 is charged When a customer Buys LIVE PLANTS ONLY $9 is charged When a customer buys FROZEN GOODS ONLY $30 is charged now for the tricky part If a customer buys any Live fish and Drygoods $32 is charged ($25 +$7) If a customer Buys Live Fish and Live Plants only the $25 is charged (the $9 Plants is not added) If a customer buys Live Plants and Drygoods $16 is charged ($9 + $7) If a customer buys Frozen Goods then $30 is charged on top of any of the above combinations If a customer live in a state/territory where something is banned then i would like the customer not to be able to check out and at the cart a notification saying "cart contains prohibited item to your state/territor" then a note showing what is banned (WA for ect Live Plants) If a customer tried to buy something that requires a permit for their state i would like them to see the shipping charges but not allow them to check out and a note saying cart contains items that require a permit to import to their state/territory with a link to more information on permits on our site. Additional needed actions When a customer buys anything in our store they have to Tick that they have read the terms and conditions (this works now) I would like an additional terms and conditions at the website when a customer is purchasing live fish. These terms and conditions would be the customer ticking "they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing live fish"
