Website creation & hosting

I am looking for someone who can help me out with new website creation & related hosting. Website focus is data sales (I can give a few reference sites to work with). Basic sections include - About us, Our services, Key USP's, Focus industries, Get in touch (form for capturing the request). Should be simple enough & include graphical representation.
