Website creation for Psychologist Practice

Looking for an expert website developer to create a website for my practice.
The website content in English is fully ready. You can find these in the attachment. The content has to be made in 3 languages:
- English
- Dutch
- Turkish
For SEO purposes the translations should be saved. If there is a good free option available for automatically translating each time that I edit the English content that would be great, but otherwise I am simply bound to edit all three. TranslatePress seems to be a good and suitable plugin for what we want, but this is not an automated tool.
ChatGPT can be used for translating the text into the other languages. We would like to have a modern yet simple looking Wordpress website. The domain name and hosting is already secured.
It is important that the website is SEO ready with robots.txt and my business is registered with Google business so that people can find my business online.
