Please provide a means of contact that allows us direct conversation. I have a preference for direct communication to avoid confusion and misunderstandings.
Be advised: I am fluent in English and French, and can hold a small conversation in German.
- General description of task: web design
- Context:
- I represent a writer that writes *erotic novellas*. The website needs to reflect that particular feature of her work and will serve as a portal for showing off her work.
The website needs to have a certain amount of pages, and of functionalities. Generally speaking, it would be a more or less static website (with probably a few dynamic add-ons here and there, such as counters and similar). Those details are to be discussed when the meeting is set up.
- Requirement details:
The contents of the website (i.e.: the text) will be provided by myself. Dummy contents should be used for demonstration purposes (character fonts, spacing, etc.).
The basic layout of the website will require the following, minimally:
- a warning page / entry page;
- an "About" page;
- a "Download" page;
- an "Email registration" page;
- a "Terms and conditions" page;
- a "Contact" page;
- a "News" page;
- an email database setup;
- any other page or item we may deem necessary after our meeting.
The website should be compatible with most available low-cost webhosting packages commonly available on the Net.
The website should be delivered in a zip file or in any file compatible with webhosting packages discussed above.
Once installed, the package cannot be accessed aside from the owner (security considerations).
Detailed installation notes should be provided once the product is delivered.
- Post-work customer service:
Should there be any need for post-work customer service (i.e.: bugs), please specifiy if you would be available, and what would be your fees.
Further, specify which warranty you provide.
- Timeframe:
- Deadline: one (1) month after acceptance of contract, at the latest.
- Time required to do the work: Please give an estimate of how much time would be required.
- Please respond by: 18 Jan 2023
- Finances:
- Please specify rates, fees, etc., for this project.
- Specify if there are fees for extrafast work, etc.
- Specify acceptable payment methods
- Legal:
