Website consulting: set up medical course

Hello, we are developing an online program to reduce stress and injury in people who grind their teeth.
We have an elaborate methodology that is scientifically proven to help.
It consists of documents and videos on:
1. Awareness (understanding the link between the physical problem and its causes like stress, stimulant use, etc);
2. Stress reduction techniques;
3. Specific physical excersises;
4. Information on physical tools, products, etc that help.
We struggle to convey this message and methodology to our patients. We initially made a long, looong videocourse (over 8 weeks) but it was considered too long/annoying by our clients.
We explored the following other options, but we did not find any of these suitable for our needs: The membership function within Wix, Mypluginap, Udemy, Thinkific.
We consider Duolingo a good example where we want to go, as they use gamification, direct feedback, fun themes, etc
REQUEST
We want somebody to assist us with the setup of the program. Give an answer to the question: What is the best channel to convey the message to our clients, in what form, using which software?
As this is a consulting role, please give your hourly fee. We will make shartlist, and have a one hour meeting with each of them to exchange information. At the end, one freelancer will be choosen to implement the system. You are paid per hour worked.
