Website my company

I am looking to build a portfolio website that showcases my written work. I have some ideas of what I would like for the design of the website, but I am also open to any suggestions or feedback from those experienced in website design. It would also will feature my written articles and works of creativity, and serve as a platform to show off my skills. The website needs to look professional and polished, while being easy to view and navigate. My budget is limited, so I am just hoping to find a freelancer to deliver what I need within my budget.
