Website building

I need someone to build me a website, I want it to have the same layout as a restaurant's website, yet I will be doing food reviews. I would like a interactive map where I can pin point where the place I'm reviewing is and be able to have photos of the foods as a pop up over the drop pin. would also like a tab where I can have categorised foods (that I could edit myself, like data entry (new cuisines like seafood, Asian, Italian & ect) a tab where we have our profiles a front page that has (this weeks special recommendations) a tab for our reviews where it can hyperlink the individual cuisines from the selection page to our reviews. if you think this would be the right project for you please send a quote, would also like recommendations if any are to be given. thank you for taking the time to read my request
