Website build using Elementor on top of Wordpress

We have a need to hire an Elementor (on top of Wordpress) expert in order to deliver a Website for which we already have the detailed designs.
Our existing website is to be replaced with a completely new design.

We've already setup the staging server and done some experimentation with some pages, but now we need someone who is an expert with Elementor to come in and build the site.

We are looking for someone who can start in the next week or so, who can deliver a full build professionally.
