Website CV and blog

I am seeking a talented freelancer to develop a website that combines my Personal CV and a personal blog. It should be available in both Spanish and English. The website should be easily editable so I can update it myself. The skillset required for this job include web design, development, and programming. The design of the website should be determined by the freelancer and should be modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The backend content management system (CMS) should allow me to easily update and manage the website. User-friendly interface for content editing without technical expertise.
