Website UI Upgrade and adda payment method to E-commerce store -- 2

The job is to optimize the website to have a modern look and to connect the store items to a PayPal or Square payment to allow customers to purchase online.
Note: this website is currently hosted in siteaction where it doesn't have a terminal.
Note: we will not be using wordpress or any similar platform it is a standalone website.
An Ecommerce store website was built in 2013 and is outdated and looking to keep the same content but modernize the look of the website this: http://www.australian-shop.ca/ , this is not a big task but needs someone creative with the design
Requirements
1- Modernize the look of the Home page by adding a header slideshow cover images and adda proper UI to the products in the Home page and include “buy” button next to the product
2- Integrate Paypal/Square to the website
3- Apply creative proper UI to the products pages and payment button
4- Upgrade the content of the tab to display the text in a modern ui look and display the products in blocks with the images
Qualifications
1- Creative UI skills
2- Experience in upgrading and modernizing old websites
3- Experience with JavaScript, HML and CSS
