Website Update & Regular Maintenance - Wordpress

Hi,
I have a website in Wordpress.
Need Update (One Time) and afterwards, managing the same on regular basis i.e. calendar update/changes, menu update, QR Code generation for how to reach us, menu and alike. Posting Daily Special Pictures, Videos, weekend events, implementing/adding SEO related optimization/friendly website (will provide key words to add in our website etc.), poster/banner for any events and all other business changes on special days like Halloween, Diwali, Ed, Christmas etc. so as our website answer all questions for our guests. If you can do that, pls revert with:
a. Time required to update website
b. What data required from us
c. Charges - One Time for update website
d. Monthly Charges - to manage website regular basis with turnaround time must not be more than 24hrs
e. Content Writing, if needed
