Website Transferring and Building/Designing

I would like to move over a program built on my old WIX website and put it onto my new Groove Funnels platform. I would like for it to be put in private settings, where you have to put your email and password in to access it. I am looking for someone who can move the same program over and redesign the background/set up a bit.
