Website Speed Optimization and Pages Redesign

JPC.co.in: Scope of work
1. Objective: We want to sort out the issues of slow loading speed, bugs/errors, uneditable content and design. In addition to this, we will migrate our domain to .com
2. Pages that require re-Design:
• Home page (https://jpc.co.in): We want a home page design that matches international standards, theme will remain same.
• Doing Business in India (https://jpc.co.in/doing-business-in-india/): We want a fresh design for this page using the same theme. The objective is to target international corporates.
3. A new page to be designed and created:
• We want to create a dedicated page for our videos.
4. Usability: One of the objectives of this project is to bring ease of use and managing content on the WordPress panel. There are many sections which are un-editable by a non-IT person. We want to have full control in terms of editing the content on the website.
5. Website Technical Performance Targets: (specifically for Home page and Doing Business in India)
• Atleast 50 and Desktop: atleast 80 on Google speeds insights.
• Fully loaded time: 3 secs or less on GT metrix.
• FCP or First Contentful Paint must be 0.5 seconds or less on GT Metrix.
• LCP or Largest Contentful Paint must be 1.6 seconds or less on GT Metrix.
• Total Page Request must be less than 50.
6. What are the Developer team’s responsibility:
o Preparing the designs on Photoshop of the mentioned pages above.
o Getting the designs approved by us.
o Implementing them on wordpress.
7. Platform to be used:
Existing WordPress Panel: Every change, edit or code will be implemented on our current wordpress panel.

o Maximum 15-20 days
